Me and my brother reached some point in the game in which we need exquisite shoes to talk to someone. Problem is that I can't find them anywhere, any help, please? :D

Hello.
Assuming this is Morrowind:TES3, and not Tribunal...
There are several high-class clothiers in the Big Towns that sell Exquisite Shoes. I apologise for not remembering the merchant's names, but try:
- Bevale Teneran in Ald'Ruhn (shop is "underSkar" ie in the Manor district)
- Balmora adjacent Nalcaryn of White Haven
- ?? of Tel Aruhn.
If the person you need to talk to is the slave trader associated with the "Get the Zainab Leader a Telvanni wife" quest, I found that the trader only accepted Exquisite Shoes purchased from the Tel Aruhn merchant.
Hope this helps.
N.
PS - while we're talking Exquisite apparel, they can all be Enchanted. I found it really easy to acquire well-enchanted Robes and Shoes/Boots, but not Pants or Shirts. And you can wear Pants, Shirt and Robe all at the same time. Exquisite apparel enchanted to 60 points will get you a Constant Effect 12pt Fortify Strength. An extra 24pt Strength lets you carry an extra 120 pounds - that's a reasonable amount of extra loot!

The clothier in Tel Mora also has exquisite shoes.
A tip for you (I haven't tried it yet, but I will!), enchant the shoes with CE water walking. That bride has a nasty habit of dying while swimming. The only problem with this plan is that the item name for enchanted items is different. Meh. I'm gonna try anyways. :)

When you enchant your item at a enchanting shop, you can give it every name you like.

I meant the item name as seen in the editor. For example, if you have stolen a particular expensive shirt, thus giving it a 'stolen' flag, but you then enchant it, the flag is removed for that item. On second thought, i suppose that means my idea wouldn't work, since the item names are the trigger for the bride to follow you. Oh well.

When you enchant an item, you change the item's ID to a unique 8 number code, quests wont accept items enchanted by you or from using the enchanting service.
Btw: Do you need the shoes as a gift for the Ashkhan, or are you on the falura llervu part? If your getting them as a gift, you should probably pick up another pair of shoes and a shirt and skirt for a little later.
