So I got EXPELLED from the Mage's Guild. I went to make amends with the boss mage, and he told me to just give it a few weeks. He said everything would be forgiven in a few weeks. Sure it will. Well I did wait a few weeks, and they still do not like me. Am I missing something here?

Hehe, were you stealing soul gems too?
Maybe try to get the bossman to like you a whole lot (bribe/admire) and see if he changes his mind.

Actually what I did was really pathetic. I thought all the beds in the Guild halls were for members and I pressed the spacebar, and sure enough that was a crime. Apparently you can not sleep there. You know how it is. Goth chick in the basement of the guild hall plus a bed... well the game has limitations. :D
Oh and I bribed the hell out of that guy. He was loving me. Friend this, love having me over that, skinny dipping... what? Well that does not change his message of "wait a few weeks, it will wear off". I got advice like that from the doctor one time about a rash. It did not help then, and it is not helping now.

Hey really I love this board, can I get more than one reply? I know someone else must have been kicked out of their guild for something at sometime.

I wish I could help. I did have a rash like that once, though, too. I put some sort of creme on it. I guess you could try that.

Heh, I never was expelled thus far, level 16 assasin. I am a ninja in shadows, I do not get seen when I commit crimes.

"ninja in shadows"....mmmkay...
I have been expelled from damn near every legit guild, and I then exacerbated my crimes by assassinating most of the members.
If you are not into mass murder, I suggest you look at the bright side of being thrown out...it allows you to focus on the house telvanni, which imho opinion is the ONLY way to be a mage with class. Now those are some worthwhile quests...
But as to your initial question, I have no answers...I first beat my fists against the wall in frustration, and then did the same to the mages that decided not to associate with me. I figured I might as well treat this as I would in real life...err...:)
plus their AI is so retarded that slaying them is just a numbers game with a bow and arrow or some good ranged spells.

Yeah so I answered my own question, after I killed everyone in the guild and reloaded my saved game. Yeah I do the same thing Doc, but I always revert back to a prior saved game after doing it.
It turns out that the days in your journal are completely arbitrary, since time in the game only really moves when you complete quests. That is right, ignore the journal, if they say "two weeks" or "one week" what you are supposed to read is: Complete a few quests. As long as you are flipping pages in that journal, time is moving. I think you actually have to be accomplishing the quests, so do not just sign up for a bunch of duties or whatever and wonder what happened.
I am back in the mages guild and it is about damn time :D

I've been expelled in the temple for the 2nd time and i have tried every thing. I've done everthing you said but it doesn't work. All i want to do is get a fortify strength spell and i can't find any.

All i want to do is get a fortify strength spell and i can't find any. for the fortify strength spell just get any old fortify attribute spell (except fatigue and/or health) and then go to a spellmaker (the mages guild has one for general use in balmora and most temples have one), then make your own from the fortify attribute selection.
