This is ancient history, but I found a review of Eric, Terri and Greg's band Tribe's second album (this is 1993) which says:
Quote:
The star of the new disc is guitarist Eric Brosius, who has come into his own as a hard-charging rocker and sound effects wizard.
which I find quite prophetic considering what we know he went on to create for games. According to another article, the band disbanded shortly after that because Eric and Terri decided it was time to move on - it can't have been too long after that they started at Looking Glass.

Kemal Amarasingham's here:

Company Background:
dSonic was formed in 2000 by brothers and game industry veterans, Kemal and Simon Amarasingham and now has teams of accomplished composers and sound designers in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Boston. They have over sixty titles to their credit and have won numerous "best of" awards from the gaming press. Recent projects include major titles such as: Bethesda's Oblivion, Namco Bandai's Mage Knight: Apocalypse, Ubisoft's Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, Microsoft's top selling Zoo Tycoon 2 and Mumbo Jumbo's casual gaming hit Luxor. Currently they are working on Irrational Games' anticipated title Bioshock.
Not only do we produce the highest quality music, sound effects and voice-overs for the game industry, we are on the leading edge of game audio, creating our brand of Adaptive Audio. We compose music and sound effects around the abilities of your sound engine, so they can become an integral part of the game. Whether we are collaborating with your team to create an adaptive audio experience or helping out your internal audio department when they are overloaded, we always consider ourselves to be an extended part of your development studio.
Unlike most of its competitors, dSonic is focused entirely on the game industry and wants to help developers push the envelope with new uses of Adaptive Audio in games and bring the gaming experience to new heights.
