God, I love being a werewolf.....
I was having great times with my newly wolfed Wood Elf character, but I was getting a bit annoyed that EVERYONE on Solstheim attacked me on sight. I mean if werewolves are really that feared, wouldn't you think at least the weaker NPC's would run away? But nooooo. Even unarmed peasant women set on me as soon as I came into range.
This wasn't good enough; I wanted to inspire some serious terror.
At RyushiBlade's suggestion therefore (thanks Ryushi :thumb: ), I headed for the mainland, and wolfed out in broad daylight in Ald'Ruhn. I was rewarded with the spectacle of the townspeople shouting in alarm as they headed en masse for the horizon.
Now, if they'd stood still and remained calm, they'd probably have been OK*, but there's something about the sight of a screaming, fleeing crowd that impels me to greater levels of wanton violence. I caught and savaged every last one of them.
I found it especially amusing when the odd one took a couple of feeble swipes at me before yelling "This fight is over!" or "Please spare me!" and taking to his heels. I chased those ones a couple of times around the village before delivering the coup de grace with my razor sharp claws. Don't you just love that "claws rending flesh" sound effect?
Next up, I plan to pay a bloody visit to the Telvanni council house. Those freaky stuck up mages have annoyed me once too often......
And (

Does anyone else have any tales of evil lycanthropic pleasure to tell?
*well...probably not, actually

While not as evil, my character WAS a lycanthrope. He knew during the day that his actions were wrong and was cured. He, sometimes calls upon the beast within him(Hircine's Ring), when needed.
He's soon to be infected with Vampirism, methinks. ;)

Ah... Unlike you two, my character is a true Werewolf. He doesn't use the power of Hircine's ring to transform. But I'm just as evil as Jordana's Wood Elf werewolf... I've already wiped out Fort Frostmouth completely. I'm wrapping up quests in Thirsk and... the other town on Solstheim (gah! I forgot the nam!) and then I'm going to kill everyone there, too.
Then I'll journey to the mainland and destroy Vivec, canton by canton. Being a werewolf rocks... I just have to level up for a tad bit more HP.
Oh... And for those who like wolfing out, make sure to read my story (on the thread Exercitus Milliarius Lupinus). It has to do with Werewolves ^.^

I only did the main quest as a werewolf and not much else, but my vampire character with ring of hircine however found it very usefull, I need some supplies then the merchant will get a visit from my wolfy side, if day approached then my wolf half would be more then happy to clear out a nice place to stay lets say my vampiric kitty werewolf made a very nice combination...Although the only thing werewolfs gain off being vampiric is extra night eye, resist paralysis and sun damage:erg:
RyushiBlade on 29/2/2004 at 10:59
Do you recieve sun damage in your wolf form during the day, too?

Yeah. But at least you are fast so can find shelter fast.

Do wild werewolves turn into NPCs by day? Because I've got a collection of...unusual people...in my Telvanni Stronghold, dragged back across the land at great expense (including one mad woman that serves as my librarian...I rescued her from some tower somewhere only for her to attack me when I set her free, as she's part of some other quest for another House...now she stills in my tower basement and I keep having to calm her every time I go in...). I'd love to have someone that turned into a werewolf patrolling my grounds...
RyushiBlade on 1/3/2004 at 21:43
Ooo... How did you do that? Using Command Humanoid spells/scrolls?
Jordana on 2/3/2004 at 01:18
I don't think there are any werewolf NPC's other than the few that you encounter during the BM main quest, certainly none that roam around the land as you can. More's the pity! :erg:

Yes there are, I got attacked by a werewolf before I did the smuggling quest. At day they are called mubbling lunatic or something along those lines.
