I am looking for Elvil Vidron (Temple Quest) in Suran, but can't find him anywhere. Anyone know where he is? Must not be in town.

Is he the sleeper whom you must persuade of the error of his ways? If so, he's wandering around outside, somewhere in the middle of the town, and I have a misty recollection of stairs being nearby. I believe he is not wearing a shirt, same as most of the sleepers you encounter in the wilderness. He's a Dunmer.

The Temple has him listed as a False Incarnate :) So he is claiming to be the Nerevarine, and you have to make him stop making those claims.....of course, your motives in the matter may be different from the Temple's :)

Oddly enough, no; you lose no rank for doing the main quest. Also, if you have a decent rank in the Temple, it can be a minor bonus when breaking Mehra Milo out of prison.

some where during the main quest i had hlaalu house guards start attacking me on sight in balmora for some reason and i have no bounty heh
