I assume this is under Win95? You'll need to edit the shortcut properties for the executable to allocate more EMS memory...

HEY
isnt there any1 out there that is smarter than me, so i can this problem fixed? :P
well, guess i just have to "split" my harddrive, and use win 3.1 and dos 6.22 on one half so i can play the darned game.

Hmm, out of low memory sounds like you haven't got enough conventional memory free to run the game. I've got 548K free which enough to run UW1 with sound. (I'm running it under Win98 with no problems). Check how much conventional memory you have free and see it you can free up any more.

This is one solution that works for me...
When you start the computer press F8 when Windows(95 for me) starts to load, directly after the computer has checked all hardware, then chose "confirm every row" or something like that and say yes to everything except autoexec.bat and config.sys...
With this I can run all Dos-games I have...

- Excerpt from Big Trouble in Little China -
Uncle Chu- "China is here, Mr. Burton. The Chang-Sing, the Wing-Kong, they've been fighting for centuries!"
Jack- "What does that mean? Huh, China is here, I don't even know what the hell that means all I know is this Lo-Pan character shows up outta thin air in the middle of a g*dd*mned alley, while his buddies are flyin' around on wires cuttin' everybody to shreds, and he just stands there, waitin' for me to drive my truck straight through him!? With LIGHT comin' out of his mouth!?!?"

Have you tried allocating more *conventional* memory for it in the win95 shortcut? Set it to 600 or so and it should be happy.
