This has been on my mind for awhile, I tried the search button and put in: 'Making Scrolls' but It didn't come up with much. So I guess I have to ask, is it possible to make a scroll? I know scrolls arn't made from paper, even though you can enchant paper. Scrolls hold MUCH more magical essence then mere paper. I mean, try getting a Summon Storm Atronach for 60 seconds on one of those little things! So I was wondering if there were any ways to

A.) Get a 'Clean' peice of parchment that I can enchant.
B.) Dispel a Scroll and use the now clean peice of parchment for my own spells.
C.) Find a clean scroll laying around somewhere.

So, yeah if you have any clue as to how you make a spell on a scroll then please... say so!
