First, you'll have to travel to one of the poles (I forgot which one). Then, you'll have to dig down until you find a pyramid. When you enter it, you'll activate an ancient mechanism by triggering a pressure plate that will wake MsLedd form her frozen sleep.
You'll have to fight your way through a shifting maze, filled with her minions (they have acidic blood, watch out), and then it's between you and the Admins. Good Luck!

First off, Administrating things around here is a damned sight more than just the forums. All server stuff, all daughter site stuff, all everything has to be attended to by Admin (first and foremost)... we do have a dedicated and enthusiastic set of website staff as well, but the clearance to access server / network business and the like only comes from Admin.
Just because Dave and I have the words "TTLG Forums Admin" under our names, that doesn't mean our work is limited to the forums. And -- surprise -- it isn't. In fact, it's not even close. That's one of the reasons we don't just say HAY WOULD U LIKE 2 B A ADMIN????
Moderators can lock and move threads in their own forums. Again, the fact that they can do this and are expected to work autonomously by Administration means that they are actually pretty much chosen specifically before anyone even knows there's going to be an opening. Dave and I need people who can be implicitly trusted to do whatever they think is right in any situation, and for that reason we have to choose candidates wisely.

In other words, wtf wtf wtf.
I'm assuming you've not got a lot of experience with forums, lizardfuel.
Here's the tl;dr version:
Admins can do anything that needs to be done... not just on the forums, but across the entire TTLG network. Moderators can lock and move and unlock and prune threads as they see fit. They are completely trusted by us, and if they demonstrate that this trust was misplaced, then whatever they did will be undone and we will ask someone else to be a moderator. This virtually never happens, because we are good at choosing the best people.
Plus how come no one offers to blow ME?
