Er I can't get on to TTLG (and other sites)

Hello all, yup I have a problem I cant get on to TTLG from home or the website Takedown.com. I used to be able to get on TTLG at hame and now I can't. My ISP is MSN has this ISP been banned from TTLG or somthing? Or is my ISP just randomly banning sites? The only way I can get on to TTLG is at school so any help will be thanked. *wonders if this has happened to anyone else*

When you are at home can you please visit (http://www.whatismyip.com/) this site and note down the IP address so you can (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=704) send me a private message with it in when you get back to school.

Once you've done this I will search the banned IP listings to see if you have accidently been caught up in a ban. :)
