Haven't seen this come up as a topic yet. I'm having a hard time figuring out the reasoning behind some of the equipment prices.
Why are broadheads the most expensive arrow, tied only with rope and "choke" arrows? You can buy almost 4 water arrows for the price of one broadhead. Even fire arrows are cheaper. If I were Garrett, I think I'd be robbing archery ranges instead of banks.
I can't link to the image right now, but here are the prices:
Broadhead 15 gp
Fire 10 gp
Water 4 gp
Choke 15 gp
Blunt 1 gp
Rope 15 gp
Flashbomb 25 gp
Poppy 50 gp

That is odd. Maybe it's some kind of play balancing issue.

Initial thoughts; you need to use loads of water arrows all the time.

A deterrent to headshooting everyone on the level?

I wonder if Poppy's are removed from the game if you play with Focus turned off. You'd think that might mess a little bit the economics of the world.
Also, since rope arrows are seemingly only used in certain, specific situations, that makes buying them fairly useless. I'm sure they wouldn't potentially dead-end the player if he forgets to buy a rope arrow before a missions starts (meaning a rope arrow would be available somewhere within the mission itself). I suppose there are likely optional areas in the city hub where you can use them.

Assuming "choke" arrows are the old gas arrows, why on earth would you buy broadheads?
Some like their targets
dead asleep.

So in the graphic above, the player could buy 58 fire arrows if they wanted to. This is why I much prefer the mission-based store setup from the original games. This happened in TDS too, where the player had an overabundance of cash and could buy almost an unlimited supply of items.

I don't think choke arrows will be gas arrows.
But it's possible that people wake up from choke/gas whilst broadheads put them down permanently.

You mean, carrying to the shop only the money you looted the mission right before, losing the gold you had before that?
