Could someone please tell me exactly how to enter Level 4? I believe I've fully explored Level 3, but apparantly I've missed something.

Not quite sure what your looking for, but theres a level entrance across the bridge near the goblins, after the idol quest, and a level door to the left of the troll caves, near where you can enter the river. I hope this helps.
