- Multi-faceted, believable characters with own ambitions and motivations

English version should be out soon, I'd be very keen to try this thing but I understand it does some voodoo to your Skyrim installation to swap itself in as a total conversion. Which I'm a lot less keen on. From what I hear it's possible to set up separate installs of Skyrim, but I'd have to see when I can find the time to look into it proper, no idea.

This looks phenomenal. The voice acting seems really pro and the cutscenes look pretty great too. Wow, just wow.

I actually quite like the sound of this in German for some reason. While I can't speak a word of it, if I end up playing this TC I would like to try it with the german voices and english subtitles.

The (
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77868/?) English version is out too now, by the way. Anyone started on this? I've got a full enough plate that I can justify waiting for now. I wonder what the odds are of the devs porting it to that Skyrim HD update that Bethesda want to put on sale this fall, though it's probably a hard guess not know what'll have changed under the hood.

I got the chance to play a little bit of it last week. It's pretty solid so far, but I think my character has been knocked unconscious and awoken by some savior at least 3 times in the first 40 minutes. Some of the writing isn't particularly great, but it might just be poorly localized.
The beginning felt a bit heavy to me. I don't know if it was the fault of the voice actor, but the dark and heavy writing wasn't really grounded by his performance, IMO. Some of the voice acting is magnificent and some is pretty cringey.
Not that it's terrible. I mean- it's a fanmade thing, so what can you expect? So far it's great for what it is.
I haven't really gotten far enough to give a good review, but I like a lot of the gameplay changes. (Like health not restoring itself quickly, etc)
There are three main class perk paths to take, you can't really mix and match too much from what I've seen. Pretty much warrior, thief, mage and 3 specialization choices from there.
