I'm also quit sure it's 400. Couldn't find any proof though. You also said ash vampires have 750 and that's wrong for sure cause only golden saints (:) ) and Ascended sleepers can make constant effect. The minimum limit for CE is 400.

My mistake. I just went into CS and checked. You're right, Golden Saints and Ascended Sleepers have only 400. Ash Vampires have 320-360. I checked Vivec to see if there was some screwy 2x multiplier thing going on, but Vivec read 1000 as usual. But the question still remains... How could you call something as butt-ugly as a Golden Saint a "Golden Girl?"
