So how do you enchant stuff? The only way I've found is the sigil stones.

At the arcane university, which you get access to from the mage guild. (Haven't gotten there myself yet...)

1) Join the mages guild
2) Get a recommendation from all 7 offices (none in the Imperial City)
3) Get a Soul Gem with a soul in it
4) Enter the Chironasium in the Arcane University
5) Use an Altar of Enchanting

1. Can you get an enchant with constant effect restore health?
2. You can get souls into dark (or black?) soul gems that you can't get into grand/azura. Why is this? How do you make the black soul gems?(I was unable to do so, but there were instructions).
