I have heard people,not only on this forum, speak of Open 100-100 Amulets and such.Where do you find an item that can hold the thousands of enchantment points? I tried an Exquisite ring that obviously didnt work as it only has 120 points. To do this you will need a item with AT LEAST 4000 Enchantment points.

I'm going to try and make this amulet with my new thief type. Try making it an item with charges, sounds like you're trying constant effect. If you still have problems when I raise enough money to do it I'll get back to you with whatever I learn.

It seems much easier to me to just do the 5 or 6 thieves guild quests(in balmora) that you need to do before meeting the master of security in balmora. He can raise your security skill to 100 and sell you Secret Master's Lockpics that can open Level 100 locks even if your security skill is pretty low. I chose this route because finding Lock Splitter scrolls was hard for me and enchanting an item to cast the spell seemed like a waste of a good soulgem.
