I am a level 53 with only 100 magika points. I just got Azura's Star and was wondering if/where i can get some fortify Attribute spells (ex. Fortigy Intell., Speed, Strength).:nono:

Erm... There's a thread at the top of the Hints and Spoilers Forum called 'Where to learn spells and buy ingredients.' I'm not sure, but that might be what you're looking for :thumb:
