I feel I'm stuck after the dragon:

[SPOILER]I've created the mithrill sword mixing powder and mithrill metal
I've applied the dragon egg to the sword
I've found the enchanting scroll, but I'm not able to apply it (If I summon it directly, there is no effect; if I try to apply on the sword - just like for the egg - a voice tells me that I'm wasting time
