it kinda does have 2 do with enchanting but its more about the item, when i enchant something i can see that the enchant is way over wut it can hold(so i cant buy it....darn)...so i was wonderin which item can hold the most....amulets, boots, gloves, and were can a find that specific one that i will beable to enchant alot into
(the highest i could find was a extravagent amulet which let me enchant into it 120)

What you want is exquisite items- it goes, common, expensive, extravagant, exquisite. Only exquisite items will hold constant effect enchantment (I am excluding weapons and armour here).
Expensive, heavy armour and weapons will hold lots of enchantment. Pauldrons and bracers will hold less than, say, a cuirass or shield- probably because it's somehow weight-of-item related.
As to weapons, I remember reading that an ebony staff- or was it spear- has the highest points total. But on the whole, Daedric items are especially enchant-able.

So far the things I've used most for enchanting are Exquisite Rings they weigh very little and have 120 enchant 'points' which is the most I have seen (in my limited experience). I believe that tower shields are very good for enchanting but I have yet to find an ebony/daedric one and they are no doubt very heavy.

Now the annoying problem with enchanting: With the 1.2 version of the game, if I enchant something, say an exquisite amulet, which has a value of 240, and put some great enchantment on it, like summon dremora for 30 seconds (which costs me about 60k), the value of the final item does not change. None of the enchanted items I have made have prices nearly what they are worth in comparison to the other enchantments I have found. Quite annoying that I can't make as much money as one would think from enchanting. However, Soul gems do go up in value when filled, so I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

you HAD it. well how did you fix it?

I think a newer patch fixes it although I haven't tried. I've thought about my enchanted objects so far as keepers so it hasn't bothered me.
