How the heck do you enchant a sword to do certain damage on "strike" ? When you take it to an enchanter none of them can do it.. only touch, self or target...

after putting in the gem, and weapon, but BEFORE putting in the spell effects, look to the very bottom left corner of the Enchantment Screen. This is where u can pick cast on use, strike, struck, constant effect. (only can do constant effect with a grand soul gem or azura's star filled with either golden saint, or ascended sleeper)
