how do I enchant something with constant effect? I went to an enchanter and tried to enchant an item with restore health but I couldn't change "cast once" to "constant effect". If that even is the way to do it. Please help.

I believe that only certain souls are able to support constant effect. I have no experience with this, however :p

Well, I'm not to sure either, but I would say that you should go out and find a Golden Saint and get that spirit, that should work. If you are trying to use a Golden Saint within a Grand Soul Gem, then just ignore me :cheeky:

Golden Saint or Ascended Sleeper souls (in grand soul gems) are the only soul gems capable of casting constant effect. Depending on how high your level is, there should be some wandering around Daedric shrines and Sixth House caves.

Just get the summon golden saint spell or summon golden saint scrolls.
Cast it then soultrap them and kill them.
