I know we have many threads on this. I'm not going to ask a question though but maybe offer some advice. I just went through this dilema and Winged, and Forsythe helped me out a ton, I thought it only appropriate to consolidate that information here.
To get major enchantments you need two things. Money and Grand soul gems.
Well first things first lets get you some money Have 3000K just to be safe. Go to Tel Branora, (Just go to Ebonheart, hop on the boat to it). Now talk to the sorceror inside the tower you'll need Timurs HopToad(Can buy at enchanter in Balmora's mages guild) or a Rising force potion/spell. Talk to the sorceror who is Telvani (you don't have to be) Get the "Summon Golden Saint" Spell.
Now lets go get Azuras star so you have a rechargeable soul gem. Go to Azuras shrine (Bottom right on your map that you got with the game). Now finish her quest. afterward you get Sheogards signit Ring, and Azuras gem (from Azura when you bring her the ring). (Trap The Golden Saint holding the ring in a grand soul gem if you have one)
Now all you need to do is save up some more money. Raid a few random Daedric shrines use recall to get all the goods in them. Sell these goods until you have about 50K. Now you are set for good in my opinion.
Summon a saint if you haven't trapped one in the azura star from your travels yet.
You by now should have an assortment of stupid items left over from the shrines and some lots of money 50K.
Talk to the enchanter in balmora load the item you wish to enchant. (Equisite amulets are awesome, as ar Extravagant clothing)
Now Enchant an Equisite Amulet to Summon golden saint for 30-20 seconds. You just lost ALL that money but it's cool. Sell her Sheogards signet ring and whatever other goodies you have to get your money back. (Or the other grand soul gem you have).
Leave balmora(Or whatever enchanter you decided to use leave that city). Summon the saint, soul trap it into azuras star, and as it is dieing click on it quickly gets it's good. Sleep (To let the amulet recharge) and repeat the process.
Then go back to the enchanter buy another enchantment and use the equipment from the dead saints to get back your gold.
I just started this and I have, 60K, Constant affect Health +3, Constant Affect Fatique +5, and Summon Gold Saint 30 seconds twice before I need to recharge it.
