I just went through the process of accessing EMS memory on my Windows ME system. I even checked, I have the droplist on the memory area of DOS properties. But for some reason it my installation and running of UW (by CD I just got) won't work. For one, at the very end of installtion there is an error, and when I try to run UW it says there is NO EMS even though the setting is on Auto for EMS.

Does anyone out there know how to increase the amount of EMS you have? I have a max of 65500 or somewhere around there, and I need 1064K. HELP.

don't it to auto in the pif
set it to 4096 for ems & for env & it will work fine

yes, it will be enough for every old dos games... the amount u can attribute are in kbytes
