The Guardian is linking to two (http://www.guardian.co.uk/life/news/page/0,12983,937443,00.html) tests that show to what degree you have an empathizing brain or a systematizing one. I got a 0 on the empathy test and a 59 on the systematizing one. According to the scientists that make this, I must have a very male-type brain. From now on when I have a disagreement with anyone I'll just tell them their grey matter isn't manly enough to understand where I'm coming from. Post your results, discuss them, or label the test meaningless. Or turn this into a goofy picture thread.

Okay, done with the empathy quiz, scored a 44. And TGGP, a score of 0 doesn't mean you have a "male type" brain, it means you're such a social retard that you'd make an Aspie look like Oprah.

31 EQ, just for my lack of social graces.

44 on the SQ, cause I'm an indecisive bastard, and just don't care about certain technical fields.

I think the 0 suits TGGP quite fine, myself. And yeah, it's not a "male" brain, it just implies extreme autism.

According to this test I neither care about people, nor do I care about the system that makes them suffer (or any other system), even though neither are true.

EQ=30
SQ=25

Essentially, what TGGP's 0 score means is that neither I, or anyone else really, would want to ever meet him in real life, and if they did, would try to make the encounter as short as possible.

I'm interested in what Aerothorn gets, since he has slight autism (If I remember correctly).

I scored:

49 on Empathy
60 on Systemising

Which puts me near the border of Type S and Extreme Type S (even though I have an above average Empathy rating for my gender :erg:)

Did they have to put that at the end of EVERY score grouping? I mean, yeah, for the social fuck-ups that score below 32 who are too self absorbed to be able to read the groupings that don't apply to them, I understand, but they could have just thrown it in there once at the top for everyone. Fuck, whoever wrote that test can't be more than the mid teens on their Empathy Quotient.

41 on the Empathy Quiz, and 62 on the systematizer.*

*though the systematizer test might not be entirely accurate because I had to lie about the "I do not read legal documents very carefully" question (hell, if you had to read 300 page finance contracts every day, you'd skim a bit too. ;))

I've been told I'm not as bad when intoxicated, but that's based on a sample space of two incidents.
