There were quite a few extra emails being sent out over the weekend that may have contributed to this. I wouldn't expect the IP change to be directly related but drop me a PM if there continues to be significant delays.

someone pinged me via a GOG message, he tried to register here but never received the confirmation/activation email, I have his TTLG member id if someone from the staff can do manual activation. thanks.

Thought I'd and my experience to this thread. I wasn't receiving emails to my Outlook account either. It uses my old hotmail address but is basically an Outlook account. Emails aren't even being sent to Junk. I had to email admin directly to get help resetting my password to log in.
It's not the first time I've had trouble with a Microsoft email account not getting emails from certain domains. It would be interesting to know if the other people who have had issues, also have Outlook email accounts.

From experience Microsoft are one of the most difficult recipients when it comes to emails from lesser known services. It's something that's on my list to look at again but in the meantime if you have a non-Microsoft alternative you can use that would be best.
