When you're far in the game, close to entering the Rickenbacker (after clearing out the command deck/tram area), you get an email from Delacroix, asking to meet her on the Cargo deck. Anyone know if this is a glitch, if she means Cargo Deck 1a/2a (engineering section), or is their a cargo deck I don't know about?
"I've located you...finally...This is Dr. Marie Delacroix...I have vital information for you, but I am trapped in Cargo bay A. Come find me as soon as you can."
Is her exact email.

It's not a glitch. She's not referring to the Engineering Cargo Decks. There are Cargo Bays on the level you're on. Just look in the map and you'll see them.

Can this be put into the FAQ? It's certainly frequent enough to have caused confusion for quite a few players.

The FAQ aren't supposed to include questions about gameplay, or any hints. Besides, going back down to Engineering is somehow a part of the initiation ceremony for all SS2 newbies.

Any links as to what she reveals/what is found? Using the walkthrough here, didn't find the cargo deck mentioned as to where she's at. Thanks in advance.

Don't give up yet. Just keep playing and checking your map as you get to new areas. You'll find them.

I've played through SS2 minimum of 4 times now (I've lost count, but know it is at least 4), and can't remember where/when you get the email exactly, let alone read the incoherent map (yes, it's a good map, but only about 20% is labeled when you mouse over it).
I'd appreciate any tips as to find her though, or even just a link to look it up myself.

Yes, it's really hard to notice where the cargo bays are, they being so badly signalled in the map :p

And you receive the message from Delacroix when you get close to the bulkhead connecting Command A to Command B. The Cargo Bays won't be accessible yet by that time, but later on, as you know since you've already played the game, SHODAN will give you access to that area.

Np Enchant, just hard to sometimes make sense of the map, even if clearly labeled (plus, usually busy going from objective to objective, more than exploring, means I'm only looking at where to go, not other little areas).
Heck, took me the 3rd try, even with a walkthrough, to find the sim units and movie theater.
