Get well soon, MissyK.
Lots of rest (people waiting on you) and some nourishment (chocolate) usually does the trick. :cheeky:

Any loyal French-speaking taffers willing to transcribe this?
Nothing worth translating and nothing new besides rehashing what we already know about EM's own interpretation of Thief: it's all about immersion rather than technological show-off (whatever that means), the game is designed to make everything seem very close and personal ("you can practically smell the City"), Garrett is motivated by challenge rather than greed/necessity, being in the light rather than the shadows is a disadvantage (yep). There's no direct comparison to the older games besides a short recap of the "franchise".

That's what it looked like to me, too, sterlino!
I did notice that not a thing was mentioned in the video about the severe turnover within the T4 dev team (yeah, like they'd admit to that). I'm sure all the comings and goings and rewrites and reworkings would've had a lot to do with creating a major delay. An old friend told me that it was a couple of former T4 employees who'd already left EM who spilled the beans about the turnovers and turmoil within the T4 dev team - they chose to remain anonymous because they didn't want to commit career suicide. Whatever, I was underimpressed with the video. It's expected for game studios to release hype before the release of a new game. The proof will be in the proverbial pudding.

Yeah, it circumvents the dozens of employees coming and going over the years, and was filmed back before Square-Enix's troubles this eyar were big news. Most of the footage with Steven Gallagher, and some with Roy and Cantin (when not in the theater), has been in the monitors' viewing area of EM's QA Department, with the two-way mirror behind them, where they test games from other companies, especially sister companies, as well as their own. Not a bad way to make some extra operations money, especially during all the years they weren't making money from selling a single game.
