Yeah, I remember reading from the official Eidos Montreal blog stating there would be a gameplay video coming soon. Actually, I'll just quote the exact words since I found the blog post:

Because those sentences from your quote suggested two different videos? Also, was there gameplay footage in the voice of Garrett video?

Maybe I misinterpreted what I read, but I thought it meant a video in addition to the voice of Garrett one. They haven't posted anything though, so either it's been pushed till later, or I and thiefessa are wrong I guess.

Like I said, it's a cart-before-the-horse situation. Adam was talking about two videos, but he said, perhaps mistakenly, that the Romano introduction would come after the gameplay, but it was the opposite. We just don't know how long until the gameplay video. There've been more than one instance of stumbling getting info out so far.

I'm not reading sections where certain members are posting a lot, as it's usually bothersome and futile, so other posts get skipped. I honestly skipped about 15 posts at once, seeing certain usernames (not yours) in clusters. Now then, if you wanna arm-wrestle, then give me time to rest up. I'm trying to have fun right now. There are yellow and red flags going up in posts I do read from more than one individual, here and at FB, that sadden me, that tell me it's going to be a hell of a fight to communicate my heart. Knowing who I am will not be taken into consideration where it's critical to understanding, I am reluctant, as it won't matter what I say or how I mean it, chances are high it will be reduced to a vomitous mass, if not a burrick belch of stinging madness. No matter what I do, it will go badly, the road to hell being paved with good intentions, and if it goes that way, I'll have to say goodbye, 'cause it will stain everything.

I came here just now to see if the Yogscast video was posted, and it was.
