I really hope you're doing a solid demographic check on the people you bring in. Not so much the 'are you 18-35?' as 'What is your favourite game?' or 'Are you familiar with the basic concept of a video game?'
We wouldn't want another Bioshock situation where the games get gutted because the playability lab brought in a bunch of morons.
