I submit that effort is never wasted. The reason is that the mechanisms that allow you to apply any amount of effort in a particular direction are the reward in themselves. In most cases when you realize you are exerting yourself in a direction you cannot conclude, you determine that you will not succeed and you redirect your energy, often regaining all of what you put in. It is the rare cases where effort is applied unjudiciously and without restraint, and subsequently fails, where effort is unrewarded.

its like ppl rip me b/c i have a ktana. and i am a naturl sword man i hit a tree with my katans. i can buidl my powr up. i charged up my strength and i hit a tree with the katnana. the tree dint cut donw but some bark came off. i went into th e feild beind my mom's boyfriens house and i scremd as loud a i could and i coud feel the powr and i culd just see the aura glowng. (i dont think i could go ssj im not that pwerful yet.).

Has anyone guessed whether I like what I am doing here or not? The answer would surprise you. Unfortunately I am too hated and my knowledge of that will probably kill me before I get the chance to tell the reasons behind my actions. Too bad really but shit happens.
