This is the bug:

2,I opened the static mesh browser: the editor was CRURSH!:confused:

Was it working before and this has just barely come up, or is this the first time you have installed the editor?

Two suggestions:
1. Reinstall the editor.
2. Since both windows you mentioned are to display 3D objects, roll back your video drivers.
