Interesting game concept:

I'll be keeping an eye out for this one.

Sounds a bit like the concept of Julian Gollop's new game Phoenix Point where the enemy should develop according to how you fight it -- use fire based weapons and it will develop fire resistance, etc.

Sounds neat. I wasn't expecting something so fancy-looking from that description, either. Very swish!

I really like the look and feel of it as well but wonder how long it will continue to feel fresh with the same environment and enemy models time after time. An interesting concept though.

It could fall either way, but it's good to see something fresh. I love the aesthetic too. Reminds me of Oni for some reason I can't fathom.

I've always felt that games like Deus Ex should have something like that. Sneak around a lot and the Illuminati/MJ12/whatever start equipping their troops with better detection gear. Burn everything down and they start getting firesuits and extinguishers. And so on. But only like once or twice in the game, and with some sort of tell, like you get a message from hacker saying "y'know, Tarvos is suddenly buying an awful lot of IR goggles..."

That would be tricky to pull off without making it seem like the player character is the center of the universe.

Center of the universe? How about "the guy who wrecked our universal constructor and then openly bragged that he's going after us next"?

Ross did review of that one. Keep in mind this review is made by someone who isn't interested with playing stealthily.
I can't tell too much by myself since I didn't played the game, but the core mechanics seems like to be oriented on variety of tactics and improvising instead of relying on keeping same mindset, and it is more puzzle game than stealth we all are dream of. On review the game seems unbalanced, so I wonder if anyone here had a chance to play it and how is their thoughts about it.
