You can steal an enchanted one from a closet in the bolmara temple too.
That is if your crafty enough to do it with someone 6 feet away from you, looking at you! I love being a thief in this game.
If memory serves me before I sold it, its the Lord's Shield or something like that. either way its worth a ton.
