Friends got emails that Deus Ex: Invisible War is shipping their copies tonight. Expect it in EB tomorrow.

When I called EB they said they would have it Wednesday. I'm pretty sure they probably have it already in a backroom somewhere. They're just sitting on it until the release date rolls by. :p

I'm betting they'll be giving it to preorders tomorrow (as the website is doing.)
However, here in NYC, they put it on the shelves as soon as it arrives.
