Seems there are a lot of references, if only by name, in DXHR. These are specifically not the references to the plotline in the other games, but fun things in there.
This is likely to be a spoiler tag heavy thread, if people play nice.
Anyways, I understand there is a Robocop Easter Egg in somewhere, what with it being in Detriot at the start.
I'm sure I've passed some by but the one that got me, as being really odd, is the name of one of the weapons manufacturers, Steiner-Bisely. These are the surnames of the main characters from Spaced. WTF? This can't be a coincidence (though the Bisely surname in Spaced is, I believe, an homage to Simon Bisley, the artist behind the Slaine the Horned God gfx novels and Judgment in Gotham).
Oh, of course there is the basketball court.
Anyone found any others?

Oh man, the game is riddled with them. There's a thread at the official site several pages long, but yeah, let's see what TTLGers can come up with, if folks are interested...
Nods to Stanley Kubrick: Megan's dog, and the white room.
Semi-obscure SS2/Bioshock: There's a Happy Noodle sign. Well, actually it's a "Happy Duck Noodles" sign, but still.
DX1 Musical nods: Battery Park combat theme, plus Hell's Kitchen and Levedev Airfield themes on the pirate radio station. Paris Cathedral music from the Gramophone in the white room.
There are 2 references to that movie you mentioned, Robocop, in the DPD station. A conversation between 2 cops about an old movie with a Detroit cop turned cyborg, and one of the cops in the station is named Alex Murphy.
And of course, the first door code in the game :p
There's tons more, but I'll leave it at that for now.
OK, one more. Cleanerbots. Notice how the game world is littered with broken Roombas?

Adam's cop friend turned prostitute has the UNATCO theme from DX playing on a radio in her office.
In one of the barracks rooms in singapore there is a Final Fantasy 25 (or something close to it) poster on the wall. Made me laugh for 2 reasons. #1, because its true, and #2 because Square Enix is taking the piss out of themselves on this one. Unlike Ubisoft who had guards in Splinter Cell 3 yaking about how amazing the new prince of persia game was.

The DX1 musical nods were insidious. I was wondering why I had the DX music stuck in my head before I realized I was hearing it in the game. Did you also notice people whistling the original theme music in the streets of Detroit?
And the poster is of Final Fantasy XXVII (27!) And I suspect there's some measure of pride there along with the self referential humor. :)

In the Wreckers' hideout, there is a spray-painted Dopefish near one of the weapon caches.

If you peek at the post-it notes throughout the game there seems to be a handful of references to various internutty memes.
There's also the case of what supposedly is causing the delay of the release in Japan, a secret den in the sewers under Hengsha which contains sex toys, a laptop, and a box of tissues. :P

There's an apartment in Hengsha Court Gardens in which the renter has a sizeable collection of Hentai magazines in their closet and safe. It's 2027, dude. The Internet is for Porn already. :p
Another Hengsha Court apartment featues evidence of multiple attempts at suicide: A toaster in the bathtub, lots of pills, tipped over chair (though no noose), a bottle of cleaning solution next to a pizza box near the sofa, and finally, blood spatter all over the floor and wall.

It might have been my overactive imagination, but the poster for the opera in Detroit (Il Metamorphoso) looked a lot like SHODAN.
(

And later on
Eliza reports that many cyberntics industries have been targeted by rioters listing 'Kusanagi' as one of them. Possible reference to Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell?

Here's what I can remember, that hasn't already been mentioned.
Blade Runner references:
First off, the obvious similarity in aesthetics between the art style and atmosphere in the game, and the film.
Second, in the police station you can hear the PA announcing there's a call for officer Deckard.
Thirdly, one of the computer terminals has e-mails from Deckard mentioning a "Roy", and his car is a "Priss" model.
Finally, in Hengsha you can hear police sirens in the background that sound exactly the same as the ones in the film.
Thief and System Shock 2 references:
This first one is a bit tenuous. In Detroit, in the area behind the gas station, the music sounds very Thief-like.
But more importantly - again behind the gas station - on occasion you'll hear a woman scream in the background. This scream sounds exactly the same as the one in System Shock 2 when you see your very first Hybrid attacking a woman crewmember through the glass window, on the Von Braun.
Demolition Man reference: The three seashells in the bathrooms of Van Bruggen's apartment.
DX1 reference: After entering the Tai Yong Medical building proper (not the lower level maintenance area) - the corridors with the large windows and bright sunlight shining in - there are two Belltower guards. One of them mentions another guard making a joke about not getting the flavor of soda he wanted from a vending machine.
I still haven't finished the game, though. So I haven't seen everything yet.
