Well all of them are accounted for in 1,507 except for the third one in Cordon. You have posted a link at the beginning of the thread and there is a pic on that page with the location of the flash drives in Cordon. There is a text inside the pic (russian however) explaining probably the location and maybe the source of the info for that stash. I would appreciate if anyone could translate the small text or at least point to the correct source.

Nelson, red text describing the "*" mark says: Drifter (Бродяга) reveals the stash.
It must be buggy, maybe check fan fixes for the issue.

Thanks a lot, it's a bug for sure! There is a mod that makes the Clear Sky trader give all the flash drives at the beginning but that's just lame. I'd rather wait till the next patch and hopefully they would have fixed the issue. Thanks again!

It's there but it's not as easy to get. You have to stand several steps behind and the image will finally show the veles to grab. It's annoying but you can get it, trust me, I'm also playing it on the same patch and got it already.
BTW once you get it don't forget to equip it right away as it will show a gravi artifact on top of the bucket in the same place

Go to the wall ahead of you when you enter the cave and you should be able to see the detector under the mattress even though you're not next to it. Equip your binoculars for a clear view;)
