Mmmmmm. I especially enjoy the shots of the robot, and is that a grenade I see?
Hopefully with the physics engine they show off here, we'll be able to lift bodies and toss 'em at people and knock the people down. Or similar nonsense. One hopes :)

So... I'm confused. Those two women are the future of video games?

Woah!

VERY cool looking gameplay - from what we saw. Looks like they definitely made good use of the Havok physics engine judging by the way the garbage can w/ the fire inside tumbles. And the dynamic lighting cast by the patrol bot looked unreal! And don't even get me started on the human models and how good they look. Looks like they displayed it on the X-Box too, so that tells me that the PC version most likely kicks its ass. Goddamnit - now I'll be spending nearly every one of my waking moments anticipating more info!:wot:

Yeah, that really does looks great...wow. i wish it were larger so we could see it in more detail though.
Physics look great and the player movement seems very realistic... as it was in Thief, very nice to see :)

Correct me if I'm wrong Amorpheus, but don't you think that graphics on a PC monitor tend to look much better (on average) than those displayed on a television - for any game? I don't know...I might be full of it - it's just something I've heard through the grapevine.

That is one of the typical PC advantages, yes... :cheeky:

Why did that barrel with the fire fly like that? Did it get kicked over? Cause if someone just walked into it it wouldn't fly like that...and the stuff burning all stayed in it, even when it flipped over. If that crate barrel was metal, it probably wouldn't bounce around like that.
Lighting is awesome, it looks great and very atmospheric. Some shadows might be on the sharp side, but in real life some shadows are sharp, and some have fuzzy edges...still beats the jagged edges of Thief's lighting. That robot's shadow was cool.
