Sounds like Rockstar recently renewed their trademark on
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agent_(video_game)) Agent, their 70s coldwar espionage game. Seems like a cross between Watch Dogs, Deep Cover, and GTA. Probably too much to ask that we'd see something on it this year at E3, but who knows.

OK, I'll continue of the lame E3 trailer link parade - Styx: Shards of Darkness:

Arkane's version of Prey 2
was cancelled ages ago. They're working on a new Dishonored game now.

I know that Human Head's version of Prey 2 originally shown off in 2011 was scrapped but I also remember reading about how Arkane was split into two studios with one centered in Austin, Texas and the other in Lyon, France.
From what I remember the Arkane Lyon branch is working on Dishonored 2 while the Arkane Austin branch is working on Prey 2.
Futhermore, Arkane Austins' game may not even be called Prey 2 anymore and the only other thing known is that it aims to be a spiritual successor to System Shock.

Of course, this article among several others discussing this rumor date back to 2013 so that may no longer be the case. However, I've seen a crop of articles that have recently been making the rounds that state that there are rumors going around that Arkane Austin's project is still alive and well and that it will be revealed at this years E3.

Another look at Cuphead, gorgeous as always!

Earlier trailers of this had me a bit worried it would be all single-screen bossfights or something, so it's good to see there will be traditional scrolling-screen platforming as well.

Arkane Austin's Crytek-powered Prey reboot will be announced at Bethesda's E3 press conference. (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcScu0Jf1h8) It's not called Prey 2 anymore.
(
http://kotaku.com/bethesda-isnt-sending-out-early-review-copies-of-doom-1775780360) Jason Schreier, the guy who accurately reported about Prey being rebooted at Arkane Austin back in 2013, said this the other week at Kotaku.
Quote:
"All I’ve heard is that they’re announcing it at E3! I’m not 100% sure, though. I do know it’s codenamed Danielle and under development at Arkane Austin. And this is a totally new Prey 2 (it might even be called something else now), not the one we saw in 2011 from Human Head."

https://abload.de/img/harveyx9sp0.jpgQuick recap on Prey 2's rocky history. Human Head stopped working on Prey 2 in November 2011 shortly before the game reached alpha after Bethesda tried to buy the studio through milestone abuse. Human Head, hoping Bethesda would honor their original arrangement, attempted to negotiate with Bethesda. Things were moving forward until March 2012, when talks stalled. Zenimax released a warning to Human Head to return to work through a Dutch news outlet that Prey 2 was going to be cancelled next week. That all stopped on April 9th, 2012 after Human Head announced plans to make Rune II.
On April 19th, Bethesda released an extremely passive-aggressive update, before giving the project to Obsidian who worked on it for a few months. Unfortunately, since they didn't have the source code, or rights to use any of the internal tech Human Head owned (mega-textures, global-based lighting, etc), it was doomed from the start. It was cancelled and quietly removed from Bethesda's upcoming titles on their site in August 2012.
In May 2013, Kotaku and a Prey fan site revealed that Arkane Austin, who were unhappy with the situation and leaked the news, had been ordered to reboot Prey 2. This was later confirmed when Schreier published emails shortly after Pete Hines and Raf lied to interviewers. The Austin team, which was previously a satellite studio, licensed the Cryengine in mid-2013 and staffed up in early 2014. Bethesda's Pete Hines continued to lie about the project being cancelled for years before casually mentioning to someone from CNET at Aussie PAX 2014 that Human Head's game was over.

CUPHEAD GRAPHICS DOWNGRADE CONFIRMED
Don't worry, I'm sure the bossfight backgrounds will remain at the same level of detail as they have been. Probably just the platforming sections that have less lively backgrounds. I for one am content at that compromise if it means the game won't just be bossfights.
