Any DXMP gamers may be wondering where all the servers have gone. The answer is that the master server, master0.gamespy.com, is step-by-step shutting down as its contract as DX master server has expired.
We didn't think this would happen until 2006, but it's here now and a patch is being hurriedly developed to allow players to use a set of fan-based master servers instead.
