*ehm*
Now I realized that this is not so new, since the music has been available at the official site for some time...
This is one of the cases when I hear soundtrack and haven't played the game yet.
It is not as dood as the DX1 soundtrack, but quite hearable. I liked how they remade the original theme, the female vocal singing the Deus Ex title melody.

I personally, think it is as good, if not better, than the soundtrack for Deus Ex and Deus Ex: The Conspiracy (and there is a difference). Though it's almost impossible to compare them because thematically, the two games are worlds apart. Whereas the original was less of a noir/futuristic game and more of a 'who shot JFK?' conspiracy flick, the newer one was more... polished... antiseptic-type futuristic-feeling. The music reflects this. Gone are the gruff, thunderous techno beats, now replaced by a sort of smooth, ambient feel. It's just a shame the music is 'situation-based' rather than divided into actual songs, like on the original, or we'd have alot more material to judge from.

I have a question about this sound track- I'm a student filmmaker and would possibly like to use some of the music in one of my projects, which, if it is good enough, I'd like to send off to film festivals. Would it be illegal to do so?
