Does it exist? I see all these references in the default.ini file to ~ being hardcoded, but how do you activate it?
or better yet, after the 1.1 patch, I see that M has been mapped to activate this mythical DebugMenu - any ideas guys?
I loved the "legend" command in ther original DX - mainly so I could use the jukebox :)
