His attitude is also lovely.

When was the last time a game had adjustable FoV? I mean in a way other than ini tweaking.
Besides, it has separate option for resolution and aspect ratio, and that's something too...

CoD: Black Ops has a FoV slider in the options menu, as does every Half-Life 2 incarnation (except maybe Lost Coast, but that's a tech demo, so who cares?) since the May 2010 engine upgrade patch.
Anyway, I've started a (

I don't even care anymore. Editing .inis is the norm and I deal with it. Because it makes me look more pro and elite, not like those console faggots who'd like to have everything in the OPTIONS MENU herp derp

The Great JF
The Great Cornholio more like. Although these questions are bit arsey.I feel for folk who get nausea or are colour blind, but can you really customize your game for every minority out there? And anyway it`s not the main reason to hate narrow FOVs...
I like to play cool hacker and get tweaking too but it`s getting on a bit...if it was only the .ini files, ok, but you`ve got official patches to install, then various fixes (fucking mouselag/microstutter), then on top of it all settings in Ati Tray Tools + Catalyst. And all this just to get the game to the state in which it should`ve been released to start with.

Jesus Christ, is there some sort of unwritten law stating that official game forums must always have blind fanboyist apologists who bend over, happily to receive their deep dicking?

Well, where else would such people congregate?
EvaUnit02 on 6/7/2011 at 02:43
GameFAQs, The Escapist, NeoGAF, Gametrailers and Steam forums?
I'd imagine that there'd highly likely be a lot of overlap. Those aforementioned forums are filled with mouth breathers and they'd be right at home.
Pyrian on 6/7/2011 at 19:04
I'm sure there is a lot of overlap, but I figure "We'll do the dirty stuff!" level fans gravitate disproportionately to the official forums.
