Has an official release date been set, or any unofficial rumors? I just checked (
www.deusex2.com) and no mention of a release date. So come on "wankers" (see thread what you call a person who plays deus-ex) use your resources and lets figure out when it will be released so we can hound Ionstorm to no end when they push back teh release date 3,4 maybe even 5 times.
I predict that the final release date will be first quarter 2004... Waht do ya'll think?

Thanks for the info. But my prediciton still stands. The REAL release sate will be Q1 2004, You have to allow for the "mandatory" delays in the Gaming industry.

They have planned it as a two year production, so just add 24 months to the start date, and maybe give a little as well.

Its interesting to think about what parts of the game they are going to work on, since they have allegedly finished building the maps already. To consider that the rest of development time will most likely be used to flesh out the story and add more detail to environments is an exciting thought.
