im sure all of you have played through the game and found places that were inaccessible and either cheated with the deus ex sdk or got forgot about it and moved on. Well there are 2 places i never remembered to checkout after i beat the game, and for something like DX u dont forget. i was wondering if anyone could help me out here...
1) In the level on the roof or whatever of the NSF base, right outside some gates, there are a bunch of towers in corners of the walls, and its all JUST before u go onto the plane with lebedev. Anyway, theres a port alongside a wall...has windows and a vial of ambrosia in it (cant miss it) and then pass the door theres a dock/ pier and crates in the water. HEREs THE SECRET i coudlnt figure out: Jump into the water, and swim towards the wall (not into the ocean). You'll see an opening that leads up until ure in a green tunnel. Go forward (u can only go forward) eventually theresa loading screen. FINALLY once ure past all that, youll come to a "hill" obstruction thats slanted. You CANT climb it i tried, but if i had the leg augmentation i could....im not sure if u get that aug yet. So SOMEONE tell me whats behind that wall!
2) In hong kong. Where you [spoiler]escape from the universal constructor into the murky water with those Tuk Tuk boats [/spoiler] theres a dock bay thing with a roomthat has a freezer area and stuff. its quiet and barely anyones around. Go into the water. I followed the water into a dark corner deep under the buildings, and it LOOKED partially caved in, but i saw pathways behind it. JUST BEFORE i swam (it was a long time underwater and i had no water skills) a GIANT karkian came out of nowhere andi swam scared. i lost where that place was so helpme out! I beat the game too so dont tell me its part of a mission or something

1) Ah well about this one, that's actually the second route from the helicopter base to the airport, i beleive that it is only accessible one way. In the chopper base there is a drain in the left hand corner of the storage yard (where there are loads of nsf guys, one witha flamethrower). Go into the drain and then that is your alternate route to the airport :)
2) That's one of the things i never have tried doing for deus ex, even though if i started it again it would be my 10th time through. Just when i get there i am only ever on trained for swimming skill and it's just too much effort....... :'(

Well, in such situations the dragonclaw and the swordarm augementation really pays off. :p

Yes there is a place in the tunnels where you can peek into the caved in tunnels which is accessed via the cold room at the Old China Hand. There is a bug in that area so it is possible for a karkian to "escape" although I would have thought it was impossible.
