6: There are three different naked Nords in the game who have similar problems (more if you get the expansions). Sort of a running gag. There's no witch to find for the one that you're talking about (west of Ald Ruhn). If you want to find the other two, they're are along the road north of Caldera and in the southeastern part of the Grazelands.
10: I don't recall any black robes, but there are black shirts and pants in the game. You can get one of the pairs of pants for free while doing a money-collecting sidequest for the Imperial Cult.

Lets see, some more things I require to be the best:
1.- Where is the LEADER of the Thieves Guild? The Champ of the fighters guild wants him dead so I get his position. But I cant find him. He's somewhere in Vivec, in a bookstore(not Jobasha's Rare Books). Where exactly is him?
2.- I saw some cloth rolls and a weird device in the Clothiers shop(the one next to the Alchemist of Balmora). I wonder if I can use it to make my own clothes, and if so, how to do it.
3.- I wonder..... if instead of destroying the Heart with the sunder and keening, I was able to pick it up. Just something that came to my mind. Would I be able to pick it up or not?
4.- How can I change the house im on? I signed up for Redoran, but cant complete the very 1st quest Neminda gives me. Can I give up and join another? Or if I cant, where is the girl or guy I must find(It is suposed to have a guar with her/him/whatever)
5.- I red somewhere about a building permit. Whats that about?
6.- I red about werewolves. Are there any in the ORIGINAL game(no expansions)?
7.- How can I make potions?
8.- Are there any dragons?(Cliff Racers dont count)
9.- How can I join the ordinators, so I can wear theire armor without getting killed?
10.- Besides the duke, are there any other nobles, like King, Princess, etc arround?

You can't change Houses, sadly. The person you're looking for is almost directly west of Ald-ruhn.

Yes. You gain HIS SOUL :D You might also get an alternate version of Wraithguard, depending on when you kill him.

You could get expelled, I suppose? Go to the Shrine of Justice and touch the Mask, you should get kicked out for that.

Techincally, yes, but as you are the highest agent left on Vvardenfell there is no-one left to promote you. :p

Their headquarters is hidden somewhere in Vivec. Ask around for clues!

Daedra like Atronachs, Ogrims and Clannfears would be the largest I could think of.

Depends who you mean. If you are talking about the one I think you mean, Lord Clutterbane, he can only be reached by using no-clip cheats and will only trade in lockpicking gear anyway.
If you mean the Creeper, he's upstairs in Ghorak Manor in Caldera.

You can trap his soul in a soul gem, because he's a creature and not an actual NPC.

There's a cell that you can't enter without using console cheat commands that has this merchant.

In Tribunal and Bloodmoon you can collect raw materials (Adamantite/Adamantium, glass, ebony etc) and a blacksmith can forge you weapons and armour, but you can't do it yourself.

7.- What the hell is a Dreamer doing near Fort Monmoth(or something like that)?
8.- I tried picking up the heart at the end, and no can do, its in combat!!!COMBAT!!!!! And I cant soultrap Dagoth Ur! Is there a link between these two things?

They'll tell you about the Storage Area at the Arena, just off the Canalworks.

Charge is the amount of mana the spell takes, whilst cost is the actual amount you're paying I think. Unless you mean an enchantment on an item?
Also, is your destruction skill high enough to reliably cast the spell that fails?

just a little thing, My destruction level is 100 (I love watch things burn........)
now, to the matter at hand:
1.- I found a daedric ruin in the north end of the island, and inside, there was a slave. Backround: Im cattle for the quarra clan->Reaction:Ran. What is the quarra clan? (Note: I killed all the non-catle and they were VAMPIRES! uhhhh...... Im so scared right now......)
2.- Do any of you know were can I DOWNLOAD the expansion packs? Because very cool mods are unavaiable to me due to the fact I have only the original.
3.- Why cannot I soultrap guards, and normal people?
4.- I had a dream. It was about a Telvanni mage who SLICED ME UP! I was terrified! And before you ask, I am not a vampire or any other dark creature. People are nice to me, and there are no signs on the corner of Vampirism or something like that(I red that a simbol apears when u are a vampire)
5.- Is Crasius Curio GAY? He asked me, in return of sponsor me in Hlaalu, To TAKE MY CLOTHES OFF! OMFG! WTF??? IM A DUDE!
6.- Why on earth is there a cave underwater with A DOOR!!!Duh! There is no need for a door underwater!(this cave is north of the urshilaku)
