In my wanderings I have found 'schematics' for various Dwemer devices (Airship and Scarab I think). Is there anything I can do with them?

There are a couple of quests where you have to retrieve them for certain factions (Mainly Telvanni IIRC). Other than that, you can't build anything from them.

if u need help findin where to get some, go east of dagon fel to those towers and a couple are in there, including a very good helm that a wizard has, i have 63 heavey armor and the rating for me is 145, plus it fortifies personality 30 points. better than most other helms, cept the daedric one u find sorta by mar gaan.
