Cant do anything about it anyway except rebuilding the whole areas and that i doubt if they will do it. The reason i posted becuz next time (hopefully) they'll get it better. Who ever is building the worlds.
I know this is no easy task... i do alotta script on NWN and conversation editor. And really be nice to have a complete realistic conversations/reactions on the RPG worlds and yes it can be DONE! Just have to spend alotta time with it and going over it to be sure there no problems.
Anything is possible just have to figured it out unless your'er completely brainless. :sly:

And your target computer is powerful enough

Well i never had use the editor/script on Morrowind prob never will. But for NWN is not that hard but need good knowledge to use the scripts (almost as samn C++ languages). Anyway my PC is not that great, im waiting for upgrade soon i hope.
I did though about making a new world for Morrowind, prob be like AD&D styles "The World of Faerun" i mean a HUGE world. It would be nice, but i dont know if i can do it or have the time to do it.
Tell me anyone use the editor for Morrowind? is it easy to use??
Damn popup craps, i hate when you look into some websites and they steal your email and start sending you stupid Ads like (how to stop popups). DAMN! I wish there a way i can track there sorry ass and put them into chaos. Im sure there ppls have the samn problems like i do. Look like i need to format my HD again to erase that stupid popup ads, couldnt find that hidden cookies or disable this crap.

Yes, the editor is very easy to use, and the AI packages are very... interesting. You could easily make an NPC or two and a few guards go about their own life, but it would still adhere to a formula. And if you add in a few random happenings, like a fight or daedric summoning or something, it would still, over a good amount of time, begin to adhere to a formula. The same could be said for a town that the PC must "react to" instead of the standard process in Morrowind. Even if you add in thousands, perhaps millions of scripts and processes to execute regarding those objects and NPCs, the standard "RPG dude" will almost never appreciate them before they start to become redundant. Also, with each process you add to the city, there will be more CTDs and various technical issues. Why not just take Morrowind as a representation of entities and events rather than a literal thing and spare yourself all this shit about NPCs not going on with their lives? After all, it's just a game and should be viewed as such (although you should note that I am a hypocrite in that respect... I play the game like a crack addict).
As for your latter question, why not just give your e-mail address as abuse@aol.com?

Hmm i will check into it maybe i will like that TES-CS, prob wait til i get my PC upgrade to 768Mb/1GHz/128MbGeForce.
It would be nice if i can get someone to work with me on the HUGE projects unless someone is already working on it.
PS. I have almost all the infos on AD&D and the Atlas of the World on the CD.

Maybe you should focus more on processor and less on memory...
RyushiBlade on 19/7/2003 at 02:51
I have a Geforce 2 MX, 1.8GHz and 512MB of RAM... and I still need to close all the applications I'm running, including explorer (I note that this is explorer.exe and not internet explorer.) That is, if I don't want the game to be so slooow...
Marxist ßastard on 19/7/2003 at 02:56
Closing the shell improves performance?
BlackAsp on 19/7/2003 at 04:52
I see what i can do about that speed too.
The Shell he meant was other programs running prob something on the taskbar.
Marxist ßastard on 19/7/2003 at 05:07
Blackasp... Shell means explorer.exe unless you're running a shell replacement such as litestep ((
http://www.litestep.net:80/) linkage here -- you need to register, but there is no spam involved).
