Well i been roaming around in Balmora, that where i do most businesses making profit on Alchemy. Anyway i noticed these NPCs dont have a life, they seem like androids, they never sleep or leave there posts.
I also noticed an green orc roaming around in Balmora, just center to the west (walking back n forth). Anyway i saw that dummy fell into the water canal and trying to get out lol, poor stupid orc. Well maybe he was trying something new who care!

You've just highlighted one of the biggest criticisms with Morrowind - the overall lack of life in the world. The problem is that the world reacts to you; it would be better if you had to react to the world. The result being that everything feels lifeless and stale.
And regarding the "poor stupid orc" - there must be something wrong with the scripting, because he's currently splashing about in the Odai in my game as well. :laff:

In case you don't like NPCs doing the backstroke in the Odai every month or so, just...

...and then, if you want to, get a plugin that adds ropes to the canal, such as Walled City of Balmora, or make one yourself.

Heh, well i wont let those dummies (NPCs) to make me feel sad or anything it just im trying to help for those who need to improve there gaming styles (programming & scriptings).
I do enjoy messing around in Vvardenfell, and there is one NPC really drives me crazy, it at the Vivec's Mage Guild, a female wouldnt get outta my way and had to wait til to move on her own. Arrg i was about to shoot her in the head! I think it the one does enchanting for you. She was standing at the doorway and couldnt get through at all.
How about if i could polymorph that @#$%! into a frog and kick it across the room! :ebil:

Heh, i guess these androids need better AI (Artifical Intelligence)! too many dumb bots in there cant til wheater they'er having fun or they'er malfunction.
Next time i visit Balmora i prob push some of them into the river canal for fun. :cheeky:
