how bout we just post rambling random threads, and let the readers guess whether we are drunk or stoned or not! Its more fun that way.
So, the bottom line is, post whatever you want, but dont preface it with a "well Im really drunk stoned high wasted so if I say anything shit its not my fault ok"

"Shikata Ga Nai" depending on the usage in context is roughly "it can't be helped, that's the way it is." Or "Don't worry about it, it's too late to correct".
