just wondering if any of the quests involve a drug bust...
i was wondering around vivec and came across a farm house/manor and
outside was a human netch herder... but inside were a bunch of orcs...
i went upstairs and tried to pickpocket the lady of the house who wasn't
happy bout it so i smacked her out...
in turn the two orcs from downstairs came up so i had to put the smack on
them too...
i found some keys on them and i went to the basement unlocked it.. and
was attacked by another orc... once i showed him the flat of my chrysmere
2 hander and some skinny twig of a dunmer then the pointy end of my daedric katana... turns out he's a drug producer (and by his build also a user)...
i found like a dozen bottles of skooma...
just wondering if i this was a quest for later of if i just stumbled across it....

it's just something you stumble across. I remember that house, cause I killed the woman for having a low disposition to me, lol. She was cammona tong, and I don't like the cammona tong... so if I see a member of the cammona tong, I pull out my ice blade and kill them.

hehehe...
i had to clear my current home (council club in balmora) from pesky
cammona tong too...well i did most of it for a quest.. then i just felt
funny having two of em living on the roof... so i taunted them into
their doom...

The only quest I know that even vaguely relates to that one is an Imperial Cult quest... and even then, assuming you don't already have what is required, all you need to do is steal some ingredients from their flower garden. ;)
