Dromed2 for T2 not working :(

I am having a problem getting Dromed to run on my computer, it will open, but as soon as I try to open a .mis for editing it crashes. I have the 1.18 version and ddfix installed, also just finished playing and editing .mis files for TG. I am not having any trouble actually playing or running T2. Here is the monolog. txt

What mission are you trying to load or does this happen when trying to load any mission?
Do the first three uncommented lines of your dark.cfg look like this?

I have tried loading the first 2 missions. Yes that is exactly what it looks like.

It mentions two processors. Have you set Dromed's CPU affinity to only use your first processor?

Where did you get the dromed exe? Did you rename it to Thief2DromEd.exe yourself?

Also, are you running dromed from the same folder that you use to play Thief? You may want to do a fresh install of Thief 2 and dromed in a separate folder to make sure there are no problems with fan missions etc.

I did not actually rename it or anything, I have just seen it referenced as dromed2.:cheeky:

I have also run Tafferpatcher, if that helps at all.

Also I do not have any fan missions installed at this time, but yes I am running dromed from the same folder.

First I would try renaming you copy from Thief2DromEd.exe to DromEd.exe and if that does not solve the problem re-download the pre-patched file again. I don't know how your copy ended up being named Thief2DromEd.exe but the file inside the .zip on the page you mentioned is not named that.
